The BullGuard Team is organized in the following departments: Sales, Support, Development, Marketing and Finance.
Briefly about our products
Our product portfolio offers software for our target market, the consumer. BullGuard Internet Security includes Antivirus, Antispyware, Firewall, Spamfilter as well as Online Backup and Online Support. In addition we offer segment specific product variants such as Antivirus and Backup for Mobiles, Antivirus for Portables and a Gamer’s Edition.
Our primary distribution channels are the IT channels where BullGuard Business Partners include IT distributors, resellers and retailers as well as PC System Builders (Computer Manufacturers) and the online channel through affiliate networks and our own webshop.

We are looking for an Online Sales Manager to manage and grow our online business. The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for developing our online B2C sales, through managing our website content team, managing our SEO/PPC team and managing our Affiliate/Partner team. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated person with documented results in online sales, who thrives in a fast pace, international environment.
The role will be responsible for commitments in sales revenue, gross profit, growth and building/leading a high performing sales team. The Online Sales Manager will develop and implement processes to ensure that BullGuard is continually focusing and aligning resources to achieve sales objectives. Other responsibilities include driving activities to continuously grow the pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and cultivating an effective online sales team culture and structure.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Build, lead and mentor a team of high-performing online sales specialists. Build the sales expertise and knowledge base of the team.
· Develop processes for effective sales engagement
· Work with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns and programs.
· Deliver required sales revenue, gross profit and growth metrics. Develop sales plans and manage compensation plans to achieve objectives.
· Implement pipeline tracking and reporting, forecasting processes, and business scorecards to manage and report on the business.
· Develop and implement competitive sales strategies.
· Develop and implement segmentation strategies to optimize sales.
· Develop and execute processes for capturing renewals and rebates.
· Analyze market opportunities, quantify results and take appropriate steps to obtain goals.
· Direct responsibility for team revenue, quota allocations, account management direction, campaign strategy development and execution.
· Draft and implement sales plan by analyzing market opportunities in order to drive revenue.
Requirements:
· 5-10 years experience with online B2C sales.
· 3-5 years experience in the software industry.
· Strong analytical skills and comprehension of business metrics.
· Must be able to travel. A BA/BS degree is a minimum, MBA preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Fluent in English – verbal and written.
· Some knowledge of French and/or German an advantage, but not a necessity.
· Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite applications.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Ability to work well with other departments and cultures.

Required travel days
Between 5-15 days per year. This will primarily be to the other BullGuard offices.
