Junior Web Developer (Email Marketing Campaigns)

Job Description:
• Build emails with html and images for a variety of different segments
• Analyze email data & reports including click-through rates, open rates, conversion and sales data and incorporate recommended improvements into future email campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on deliverability trends and design emails that help improve deliverability
• Reports to Email Marketing Manager
Specific knowledge
• Strong knowledge of HTML / CSS and web standards
• Advanced experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Troubleshooting basic code errors
• Layout principles, aesthetic design concepts and typography
• Understanding of email marketing best practices
• Excellent analytic skills and strong data-driven approach
• Strong deadline focus while maintaining high quality of work
• Strong teamwork skills
• Goal oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible and adaptable to change
