Descrierea postului:
For our client, Microsoft Romania, we are looking for an On-line Marketing Specialist located in Timisoara.
Responsibilities:
Contributing to the maintenance of web pages by constantly updating the information, according to the tasks received electronically (email) from business managers;
Participating in all the activities (meetings, seminars etc.) necessary for a good communication between departments and subsidiaries;
Participating, with comments and suggestions, to the optimization of tools (programs) used for this activity;
At request, preparing and training the new colleagues in the department of data processing;
Drawing up daily report of activity. This report will be sent by email to the direct superior, business manager and other people (request will be made in writing, by email);
Completing the evolution of activity using the specific reporting tool.
Cerinte:
• University degree;
• Very good knowledge of one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, Swedish;
• Knowledge of English is compulsory (intermediate-advanced);
• Good MS Excel skills;
• Ability to complete large volume of work quickly, detail oriented;
• Great organizational skills;
• Team person.
