Our entire team has over a decade of IT experience and has implemented projects for major companies in the Construction, Automotive, FMCG and Health markets.
With regards the structure, Ka&Te has three main departments: Consultancy, Web Applications and Remote Administration. Descrierea postului:
The postholder will be responsible for participating in various information system projects, including system upgrades, and internal development projects or in collaboration with external partners.
The postholder, will work on different projects during which he may develop web projects, manage the installation of upgrades and development projects, provide advanced end user support, responds to software application problems, reviews issue logs to identify software application problem patterns, track performance.=

Key Responsibilities
• Develops and supports application solutions to meet customer requirements
• May design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms;
• Work closely with company’s management identifying local information system needs, priorities and resource implications
• Constantly seek opportunities to improve the information systems and thereby maximise the efficiency;
• Participate in the analysis and design of server-side and client-side applications using PHP technologies
• Determine source of software problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
• Assist project manager with the implementation of practices, and documentation.
• Quickly inform and collaborate with the direct-line manager in order to resolve unexpected technical or administrative matters / problems
Relevant Experience
• At least 4-year experience in PHP programming, among which at least 1 in PHP 5 Object-Oriented.
• Previous work with Smarty at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle; good understanding of multi-tiered PHP architectures
• Good understanding of at least one PHP Framework (e.g. CakePHP, Symfony, Zend Framework)
• Knowledge of object oriented programming, algorithms and software architecture;
• Knowledge of databases (DB2, SQL Server, MySQL);
• Success in implementing changes in practice
• Experience of delivering projects through multi-disciplinary teams
• Nice to have: good experience in XML and AJAX.
