We are a young web based company from Bucharest/Romania and we are seeking a Social Media Manager for our recently launched baby-project.

The position of Social Media Manager encompasses the ability to assist with the company’s online social efforts. The candidate must have extensive social media experience including blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, etc. The candidate must be able to think strategically and communicate vision to colleagues and clients alike.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Create and maintain campaign presence on social sites
• Create and implement overarching social media strategy for multiple entertainment clients across multiple platforms
• Create content snippets
• Distribute content
• Optimize tags across multiple distribution outlets
• Link building
• Track link campaigns
• Monitor comments on sites
• Internally working with other departments to ensure proper execution of campaigns

Job Requirements:

• Must have a thorough understanding of the promise and the purpose of social media and be completely proficient with current social media tools and techniques
• A keen understanding of online marketing, public relations, and new media.
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English)
• Demonstrated creativity, engagement and collaboration within social media

The salary pack and benefits will be negotiated individually, based on the skills and previous work experience.
